We've moved weddings at Boschendal, Cavalli, La Paris, Molenvliet, Webersburg and most major venues in the Cape Winelands and Atlantic Seaboard. One coordinator runs the whole transport schedule on your wedding day so neither you nor your planner has to chase drivers. From a single bridal car to a fleet of guest shuttles, every wedding is quoted as a single fixed price.
The bridal arrival
A luxury sedan or Mercedes Vito for the bride, bridesmaids and family — decorated with ribbon and ready an hour before the ceremony. We meet your planner on-site to confirm the run sheet.
Late-night returns
Drivers stay on-site until the last guest is collected, typically by 02:00. No surge fees, no late-night surcharges — quoted upfront in your written confirmation.
Out-of-town weddings
Hermanus, Paternoster, Robertson and beyond. Multi-day rates include driver accommodation; we partner with most major Cape Winelands estates for guest logistics.
Common questions
How far in advance should we book?
Peak wedding season (October to April) books out 6–9 months ahead. We hold dates with a 25% deposit and balance is due two weeks before the day.
Can we view the vehicles first?
Absolutely. We hold viewings at our depot in Maitland by appointment, or we'll bring the vehicle to your venue site visit.
