What's included in the daily rate?+
Vehicle, professional driver for up to 12 hours, fuel, air conditioning and unlimited kilometres within the Western Cape.
Do you offer child seats?+
Yes — booster and toddler seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please let us know ages when booking.
How do I pay?+
EFT, credit card or cash. For corporate clients we offer 30-day invoicing. A deposit may be required for multi-day or group bookings.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies. No-shows are charged in full.
Do you operate outside Cape Town?+
Yes — we run routes across the Western Cape including the Garden Route, Hermanus and the winelands. Long-distance pricing on request.
Are your drivers licensed?+
Every CTCDHS driver holds a valid PrDP (Professional Driving Permit), is background-checked and trained in defensive driving.
